Working rationale

Understand the system before changing it.

One bounded customer journey

The review covers one website, up to 15 important pages, and one path from visit to inquiry to first response on desktop and mobile.

The scope stays narrow enough to produce ranked decisions instead of an unstructured list of observations.

A deliverable you can act on

You receive a current-workflow map, the top 10 findings ranked now / next / later, a written report, a 10–15 minute recorded walkthrough, and a 30-minute handoff.

One clarification round is included. Implementation is not.

Before requesting

Questions worth resolving early.

Does the audit include implementation?

No. Redesign or implementation is separate work and is never assumed from the audit.

When does the five-business-day delivery window begin?

The start date is confirmed after fit, access, and capacity review. The delivery window begins on that agreed date after payment and required material are complete.

Can the audit guarantee rankings, conversions, or revenue?

No. The audit identifies observable issues and prioritizes practical changes; it does not certify compliance or promise a business result.

Share the situation before choosing a tool.

The agreed deliverables are due five business days after the confirmed start date. Payment and required access must be complete before work begins.
