MethodCo collects only what a working action needs. Search remains local to your browser, and the Service form states whether secure intake or the email fallback is operating before you act.
What the site does today
Only when the complete provider status is active
When secure Service intake is active, the form sends the name, email, optional company and website, selected offer, timing, situation, consent record, limited campaign attribution, and System Care eligibility answer to MethodCo. Cloudflare Turnstile checks for abuse, Cloudflare D1 stores the request and status history, and Resend requests a receipt email and founder notification. The retention period shown beside the form controls the stored request’s scheduled retention date.
You decide whether to send
When secure intake is unavailable, the form prepares the details in your email application. Nothing is submitted by the site. MethodCo receives the information only if you review and send that message, and your email provider then handles it under its own terms.
A narrow browser credential
A secure request receipt includes a private status link. Its high-entropy credential is carried in the link fragment, stored only in this browser’s session storage after opening, and sent to the status API as an authorization credential. The public status response excludes the request narrative, email address, and provider secrets.
Direct downloads
Free resources download from the MethodCo site without an account. MethodCo does not use the download itself to create a customer profile.
Routine request data
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare and ordinary network infrastructure may process routine technical request data needed to deliver pages, protect the service, and operate their systems.
Questions and corrections
Ask about information you sent.
If you submitted a secure request, include its reference when asking to access, correct, or discuss the information. If you sent an email, reply to that thread. MethodCo reviews deletion requests against any active engagement, payment, legal, security, or recordkeeping need before confirming an outcome.
